Road Infrastructure Management (RIM) collects road use data from vehicles to better inform the TCA so they can optimise the management of road networks. Telematics Monitoring Application (TMA) monitors parameters of location, time and identity of enrolled vehicles using a type-approved device. It can include the optional monitoring of mass (via Smart OBM), vehicle configuration, or the self-declaration of data (via a user interface).

TMS’s RIM TMA and Mass Management module allows you to enrol your vehicles in the required Telematic Schemes across Australia knowing that your data provider has been fully certified by TCA.
